So this week I spent a lot of time in Leeds at the Entrepreneurial Spark Hatchery, where I took part in a two day Boot Camp!
The Boot Camp was absolutely fantastic and has left me practically exploding with ideas for my businesses, I'm hoping to share a lot of my Entrepreneurial Spark journey with you guys, so keep tuned for updates!
I also went on a very last minute trip this weekend to Carlton Towers with the Clandestine Cake Club. The outing basically involved eating lots of fantastic cake in a beautiful country house setting, so what's not to love there!
As I only had about 12 hours notice to make and bake my cake for the event, I ended up making a Scandinavian inspired coffee cake, using up things I already had in the cupboard!
Whilst it wasn't the most beautiful creation, it did go down pretty well! I'm actually going to take this recipe and develop it further for Vincent's Coffee, as the dried fruit worked really well with our Pasqua blend, which is very fruity itself.
