Recipe: Banana and Almond Milk Shake

This morning I made the best milkshake I have had in a while, (disregarding the amazing chocolate one I had at Ed's Diner obvs.)

What's even better is that it comes in at around 180 calories, approximately 100 of these are coming from the banana, which could be omitted. Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast!

Ingredients

200ml

Unsweetened Almond Milk

(I have just discovered this and I bloody love it.)

1 ripe Banana

5g Coca Powder

1tsp Runny Honey

No method needed, just blend and serve!

Unfortunately it was too good and I forgot to get a picture, just imagine what a chocolate milkshake looks like in your favourite glass and you pretty much have it!

Therefore, in lieu of a milkshake pic I shall leave you with a poster about coffee! (As I'm writing a dissertation at the moment, this is a subject very close to my heart....)

I could definitely go for black eye at the moment....
